Cat Burritos
A delicious Mexican classic
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs cat, sliced thin
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 white onion, diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Salsa and guacamole for serving
Cat Marinade
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients and coat the cat. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Heat a grill or cast iron skillet over high heat.
- Cook the cat for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
- Let the cat rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
- Warm tortillas and fill with sliced cat, onion, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top and serve with salsa and guacamole.
